Neighborhood-based lawn care with configurable service options.

Service areas can cover an entire city or a specific part of a city. Neighborhoods belong to service areas, and each service area controls which subscription plans are available. Plans are built from configurable service options, so Basic, Standard, Premium, Estate, or custom HOA plans can include different combinations of care.

Hourly service requests

3 request types

Residents with properties can request hourly add-on services outside their recurring subscription. Admins configure the available request types and hourly rates, then assign approved requests to workers.

Hourly cleanup
$65.00/hr
Extra cleanup work billed hourly, such as leaves, storm debris, or special project cleanup.
Extra trimming
$55.00/hr
Additional trimming beyond the recurring mowing plan, billed hourly.
Landscape prep
$75.00/hr
Hourly landscape preparation such as bed cleanup, mulch prep, or edging refresh work.

Plans are service-area specific

The same service option can be used in different plans, but public signup only shows plans assigned to the service area that contains your neighborhood.
