This website is provided by EZLawn Service by Nolan Contracting to help residents review service areas, request coverage, manage properties, sign up for lawn care subscriptions, submit service requests, receive notifications, and manage account activity.
Acceptable use
Residents agree to provide accurate account, contact, property, and billing information. Users may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, or submit false or misleading requests.
Service availability
Plans are available only for supported service areas and eligible neighborhood properties. Signup does not guarantee service for properties outside supported neighborhoods or properties with an existing active, pending, or paused subscription.
Property access and responsibility
Residents are responsible for ensuring service areas are safe and accessible. Locked gates, fenced-in or inaccessible areas, unsecured pets, blocked access, unsafe conditions, or areas that cannot reasonably be reached may be skipped according to the applicable plan terms.
Local rules and ordinances
Residents remain responsible for complying with applicable city, county, state, HOA, and local laws, ordinances, and rules that apply to their property.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Subscription payments, cancellations, refunds, upgrades, and billing history are handled through the website and Stripe when enabled. Plan-specific terms, introductory rates, and cancellation rules may apply.
Messages and notifications
Residents may receive service, billing, operational, policy, and administrative messages from the website. Important account and service messages may be sent even when they are not promotional.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised policy.
