Terms: Residential Lawn Care Subscription Terms v1.1 effective 2026-07-06
By subscribing to an EZLawn Service by Nolan Contracting lawn care plan, the resident authorizes scheduled lawn service at the listed subscribed property. The resident is responsible for ensuring safe access to the property on scheduled service days, including unlocking gates, securing pets, and identifying fragile landscaping or restricted areas in the service notes.
Standard Lawn Care includes mowing and cleanup and is intended for residents who still want a hands-on approach to their lawn care while having recurring mowing handled. Premium Lawn Care includes mowing, cleanup, trimming, edging, and seasonal cleanup and is intended for residents who want a hands-free, hassle-free lawn care approach. Service applies only to normal, accessible lawn areas at the subscribed property.
Fenced-in, locked, blocked, unsafe, overgrown, or otherwise inaccessible areas are excluded from service unless they are safely accessible when the crew arrives. Areas behind locked gates, areas containing unsecured pets, areas blocked by vehicles/equipment/debris, and areas the crew cannot reasonably or safely reach may be skipped without credit.
The resident remains responsible for complying with all applicable city, county, state, HOA, and local ordinances, laws, rules, and property maintenance requirements. EZLawn Service by Nolan Contracting does not assume responsibility for ordinance compliance, code enforcement notices, HOA violations, property-line disputes, or legal requirements that apply to the resident or property owner.
Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather, unsafe property conditions, equipment issues, route changes, or other operational constraints. Subscription billing continues while the plan remains active unless canceled according to the cancellation policy shown in the application.
The service provider is not responsible for damage caused by hidden objects, underground systems, unmarked sprinkler heads, debris, pet waste, pre-existing lawn/property conditions, or inaccessible areas.
